Returns Policy
At The Sealant Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the goods are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returned goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for a refund.
2. Timeframe
- You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 14 days of receipt.
- Once authorised, goods must be returned to us within 14 days.
3. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to cover handling and administration costs.
- This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at SUPPORT LINK to request a return authorisation.
- Once approved, securely package the goods and return them to the address provided.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods were delivered in error or are faulty.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (minus any applicable restocking fee).
6. Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Products not in their original packaging.
- Special order or custom products.
- Goods returned after the return window has expired.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

At The Sealant Shop, we aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery service across the UK. All orders are handled with care and shipped using trusted national carriers to ensure your products reach you in excellent condition.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer UK mainland delivery only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom at this time.
Delivery Services
We use DPD and other trusted courier partners to deliver our orders.
- Next Working Day Delivery is available on stocked items ordered before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
- All other items will be dispatched within our standard 3-working-day turnaround.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, courier availability, or seasonal demand.
Planning Ahead for Your Job
We aim to deliver your product on time and in perfect condition. To avoid disruptions, we recommend not scheduling installation work until a few days after the expected delivery date, in case you have technical questions or need additional items to complete the job.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Costs
Delivery charges are calculated per order based on parcel size, weight, and delivery location. The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Stock & Availability
Our website displays live stock information to give you accurate availability when ordering.
If any item in your order is out of stock or on back-order, we’ll contact you by email within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm the estimated delivery date or discuss alternative options.
Packaging
We’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible. Orders may be packed using recycled or reused boxes and materials to help reduce our environmental impact.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please refer to our [Order Support page] for instructions on how to report the issue.
All delivery issues must be reported within the timeframe stated in our order support policy.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, courier disruptions, strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Information
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
- Delivery lead times may vary for remote or rural areas.
