Product Details

  • Description

The Bond-It HT30 Heat Resistant Silicone – 310ml is a high-performance sealant specifically formulated to withstand extreme temperatures. Designed for applications exposed to heat, it provides a durable, flexible seal that remains stable under continuous high-temperature conditions.

Ideal for professional and domestic use, HT30 is commonly used around heating appliances, flues, boilers, and metal joints where standard sealants would fail. Once cured, it forms a strong, heat-resistant seal that resists cracking, shrinking, and degradation.

    Typical Applications

    • Stoves and fireplaces

    • Flues and chimneys

    • Boilers and heating systems

    • Exhausts and high-temperature pipework

    • Metal-to-metal and metal-to-masonry joints

Why Use a Heat Resistant Silicone?

    Heat resistant silicones:

    • Maintain performance at high temperatures

    • Prevent joint failure caused by heat expansion

    • Offer long-term durability in demanding environments

    • Provide safe, reliable sealing around heat sources

HT30 is ideal where standard silicones cannot cope with temperature extremes.
