    The Bond It PU18 Polyurethane Sealant & Adhesive is a high-performance, single-component polyurethanedesigned for strong bonding and flexible sealing in demanding construction and industrial applications.

    PU18 combines the adhesion power of an adhesive with the elasticity of a sealant, making it ideal for sealing and bonding materials subject to vibration, movement, or heavy loads. Once cured, it forms a tough, elastic, and waterproof seal that adheres to most common substrates — including metal, wood, concrete, and plastics.

    Suitable for both internal and external use, PU18 delivers professional-grade strength and long-term durability across a wide range of surfaces.

  • How to Apply

    1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.
    2. Cut nozzle to the desired bead size and insert the cartridge into a sealant gun.
    3. Apply evenly to one surface.
    4. Join parts immediately; reposition within 10 minutes.
    5. Allow to cure for 24–48 hours before exposing to load or water.
