      Geocel HM High Modulus Silicone Sealant is a premium one-part acetoxy cure silicone engineered for long-lasting, watertight sealing in kitchens, bathrooms, and construction joints.

      Designed to perform in high-movement areas, it provides a tough, elastic bond to glass, ceramics, and non-porous surfaces — making it the reliable choice for both trade and DIY professionals seeking consistent, durable results.

      Technical Information:

      • Type: Acetoxy-cure silicone sealant

      • Appearance: Smooth, glossy finish

      • Movement capability: ± 20 %

      • Service temperature range: –40 °C to +150 °C

      • Skinning time: Approx. 10 minutes

      • Cure time: 2–3 mm per 24 hours at 23 °C

    • How to Apply

      Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or debris.

      1. Apply masking tape if neat joint edges are required.
      2. Cut the nozzle at an angle to the desired bead size and apply using a sealant gun.
      3. Tool the sealant within 5–10 minutes of application for a professional finish.
      4. Remove masking tape before the sealant skins.
      5. Allow to cure for at least 24 hours before exposing to water or cleaning products.
