Description
The Works Pro is a high-performance hybrid sealant and adhesive designed to replace multiple products with one professional solution.
Powered by advanced MS polymer technology, it bonds and seals virtually any surface — even in damp or wet conditions — making it ideal for quick, reliable results on-site.
The flexible, paintable formula adheres strongly to materials including metal, wood, glass, brick, concrete, and most plastics, without the need for primers.
Unlike traditional silicones or solvent-based adhesives, The Works Pro is solvent-free, low-odour, and non-shrinking, providing a clean, durable finish that resists cracking and weathering.
Whether you’re sealing joints, bonding panels, or making general repairs, it performs in all conditions — indoors or outdoors — delivering professional-grade results every time.
Benefits
- Hybrid polymer technology combining sealant and adhesive performance
- Bonds and seals virtually any material — wet or dry, indoors or outdoors
- Paintable, flexible, and weather-resistant once cured
- Excellent adhesion to metal, wood, brick, concrete, glass, and plastics
- Solvent-free and low-odour — perfect for use in occupied spaces
How to Apply
1. Surface Preparation - Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of loose material, oil, or grease. The Works Pro can be applied to slightly damp surfaces but not standing water.
For very smooth or non-porous surfaces, lightly abrade and degrease for maximum bond strength.
2. Masking - Apply masking tape to achieve neat edges and protect adjacent surfaces.
3. Application - Cut the cartridge tip and nozzle to the desired bead size. Apply with a standard caulking gun in a continuous, even bead.
For bonding, apply in vertical stripes or dots to allow air flow and even curing.
4. Tooling / Bonding
- For sealing: Tool the bead immediately using a spatula or tooling stick.
- For bonding: Press the materials together firmly within 5 minutes of application.
Light clamping may be required for heavy or vertical items until cured.
5. Curing
- Skin time: 10–15 minutes
- Full cure: 24 hours (depending on joint depth, humidity, and temperature)
Cured sealant can be painted once fully set.
6. Joint & Usage Tips
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- Paintable with most water-based paints after full cure.
- Store between 5°C and 25°C for best results.
